Booking & Payment Terms 

All pricing is subject to Hawaii General Excise Tax (4.712%) and a 20% service gratuity.

 

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm your reservation. Final payment is due seven days prior to your event date.

 

Transportation fees may apply for locations outside the immediate service area.

 

Menus are fully customizable to accommodate dietary preferences, allergies, and personal tastes. Pricing and availability are subject to change based on seasonal ingredients and market conditions.

 

Premium pricing applies to major holidays and peak season dates.

Cancellation Policy

30+ days prior: Full refund of deposit, less any administrative fees incurred.

14-29 days prior: 50% refund of deposit.

Less than 14 days: Deposit is forfeited; full balance may be charged at Chef's discretion.

 

We understand plans can change and will work with you when possible, though last-minute cancellations impact our ability to serve other guests and source perishable ingredients.
