Pickled Wild Blackberries

Ingredients:

  • 2 pints wild blackberries

  • 25 ml cranberry vinegar

  • 25 ml simple syrup

  • 1 cinnamon stick

Procedure:

  1. Add blackberries to 2 mason jars.

  2. Add all other ingredients to a saucepan, bring to a boil, and remove from heat.

  3. Pour liquid over the blackberries in the mason jars.

  4. Seal lids and refrigerate.

  5. Best after 3 days; use within 1 month.
