Pickled Wild Blackberries

Ingredients:

2 pints wild blackberries

25 ml cranberry vinegar
-
25 ml simple syrup
-
1 cinnamon stick
Procedure:

Add blackberries to 2 mason jars.

Add all other ingredients to a saucepan, bring to a boil, and remove from heat.

Pour liquid over the blackberries in the mason jars.
-
Seal lids and refrigerate.
-
Best after 3 days; use within 1 month.
