Aji Verde Sauce

Ingredients:

4 jalapeños (seeded, ribs removed)

1½ cups fresh cilantro leaves

3 green onions
-
3 cloves garlic (peeled)

¾ cup mayo
-
1 Tbsp lime juice
-
½ tsp salt
-
¼ tsp pepper
-
2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Procedure:

Combine all ingredients except the olive oil in a blender and process until smooth.

Slowly drizzle in olive oil while blending.
-
Transfer to a mason jar and refrigerate until ready to serve.
