Aji Verde Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4 jalapeños (seeded, ribs removed)

  • 1½ cups fresh cilantro leaves

  • 3 green onions

  • 3 cloves garlic (peeled)

  • ¾ cup mayo

  • 1 Tbsp lime juice

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp pepper

  • 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

 

Procedure:

  1. Combine all ingredients except the olive oil in a blender and process until smooth.

  2. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while blending.

  3. Transfer to a mason jar and refrigerate until ready to serve.
